How to Connect the RIVER Pro Extra Battery to the RIVER Pro

1. Power off BOTH the RIVER Pro and RIVER Pro Extra Battery before attempting to connect them together.

2. Open the Power Expansion Port cover on RIVER Pro to access the Power Expansion Port. Connect the Expansion Power Cable to the RIVER Pro Expansion Power Port. Tighten the screws on the Expansion Power port securely.

3. Open the Expansion Port Cover of the RIVER Pro Extra Battery to access the Expansion Power Port. Connect the free end of the Expansion Power Cable to the RIVER Pro Extra Battery Power Expansion Port. Tighten the screws on the Expansion Power port securely.

4. Turn on the power button of the RIVER Pro or RIVER Pro Extra Battery. Fully charge the devices for the first time and ensure the voltage is consistent to maximize the performance. If the display of the RIVER Pro shows the Extra Battery Icon, the connection is successful.

    We lost power to our home just two days after receiving our River Pro power station! We put the power station to immediate use (having just completed the initial recharge) and had a light and the home entertainment systems up for several hours, which was such a comfort. The River Pro appears to be well designed and constructed. We live in east-central California and our utility provider (PG&E) turns our power off several times a year. Having the power station will continue to improve our quality of life, which makes it a great investment for us! We now seriously wish all of our noisy gas-generator neighbors enjoyed the same clean and quiet backup power.

    Nice product

    This review is limited because I haven't had to use the device yet. I purchased it for an emergency power source. So, to stop getting nag email, I'm doing this now. The device is as advertised. Nice interface and I like the phone app. I actually plan on buying a smaller one for my niece as a gift. So, I will buy again and have no complaints except for constant email requests to review it.

    I bought the eco-flow about 3 weeks ago and have been enjoying its services since I turned the bad boy on. This thing is a powerhouse this thing does exactly what it says it's supposed to do you can use wall charging to recharge it solar power to recharge it you can charge it in your car when you're driving down the road this thing is awesome
