Customer-Responsible Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your returned items must be in "Like New" condition. This means they should be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and show no signs of wear or use. Unfortunately, items that don’t meet these criteria won’t qualify for a refund.
Handling Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please make a note when signing for delivery and take photos of the damage. Send the photos to contact@offgridsource.com on the day of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment will fall under our 30-Day Return policy.
