Amazing device!

Living in the mountains of New Hampshire, I have regular power outages from thunderstorms and icing. Most of them are of short duration so I didn't want an expensive gas-powered generator. I recently purchased the Jackery Explorer 1500 portable power station and it really fills the bill. No more worries about spoiled frozen food and melted ice cream in the refrigerator, cooking a dinner in the microwave, or just having lights. John

Hi, hesitated to pull the trigger on this unit for sometime but found the best price at off grid source. Got quick and ready. Answers to my questions in ordered it as a result. Haven’t got the transfer switch wired up yet since I’m waiting for electrician, but have run and tested the base 3800 unit in a performs, just as promised, thanks

I ordered this setup from Off-Grid Source and Manny promptly processed my order and I received both items within 5 business days. I was so eager to get the items that I called Manny a couple of times before I got the tracking numbers, but Manny picked up the phone (even late in the evening during off hours) and assured me that I'll be informed of the tracking numbers as soon as they were available, and I sure did get them as promised. As for the buying process, it couldn't be smoother. I called Manny up and asked for a price match, which he happily obliged, and on top of that, I didn't have to pay taxes. This is my second transaction with Off-Grid Source and I've been telling my friends and relatives about this store because I'm very satisfied with them, on both the pricing and the service. It's rare nowadays to see a business whom you can call and get a hold of somebody live right away on the other line for any question you might have.

Although it's the correct bag for my model, this medium bag is too big for my 1000 watt Jackery. Plus, it doesn't have a zippered pouch for the charging cable like the small bag does. It's definitely not worth $60.

Great little bag. Fits my 500 watt Jackery perfectly. It even has a zipper pouch inside for the charging cord. I wish it unzipped from the front though so the battery can stay covered while in use.

The sales person (Manny) was extremely to reach, I was able to get a hold of him twice even after hours on the weekend. He was able to price match the item for me from a competitor, and with no sales tax to boost. The item was not listed on their sales roster, but they were still able to order it directly from the manufacturer, create a custom invoice, and had it drop shipped to me in 3 days. Next time I need something solar/battery related, for sure I will check with them for the best price first. Very courteous and friendly sales staff.

These are well made and solid. I'm using them for 2p2s parralell connections in two totally separate systems. The connections are solid and have had no issues at all, they are exposed to the elements in my systems and are handling it beautifully. The length of these connectors is just right, with flexible cables on both sides of the y to enable working in a variety of spaces.

Very happy with these! And off grid source. Shipping was pretty quick and they were well protected in bubble wrap packing.

Bought a Jackery solar panel connector from Off-Grid Source. UPS lost the first package, so I called. Manny was great and sent another one free of charge. Then the first one showed up, and they let me keep both! Great communication the whole time.

I recently got a DC extension cable from Off-Grid Source, and it was a wonderful experience. At my age, I’m not very tech-savvy, so being able to order over the phone was a big help. The staff were extremely friendly and patient with me. The cable is of great quality and works perfectly with my setup. The shipping was quick, and everything arrived in good condition. Happy with the Bluetti AC60P so far, although I haven't had the opportunity to really push it's capabilities. Charged at a consistent 150-160 watts from a Bluetti PV200 solar panel on a sunny day. Controls and app integration are very user friendly. The extra 100 watt hours or so over the standard AC60 model and Off-Grid Source's pricing made this purchase a great value in my opinion. There are only a couple of things I've been somewhat disappointed with. One is the wireless charging pad, which is finicky regarding phone placement and never charges above 9-10 watts. Another is the 100W USB-C port, which hasn't delivered much better than the wireless pad, even when used with a 60W PD cable. Other than those items, I'm glad to own the AC60P and to have bought it from Off-Grid Source.

I bought this as a back up for my C-PAP. Used it as a tailgate power source. Very impressive.
