Runs well

The connector doesn't fit my unit despite the website's claim, and I've been waiting over 14 days for an RMA to get a refund.

One of the few phone charging panels that actually produces power output close to the rated specs,

Purchased the SPH10048P. It arrived quicker than expected. Took about an hour to install. It is performing well in an off grid, open loop battery configuration.

Did not receive what I order. After contacting you by text about this order, on February 19 and was charged on February 26 ,that it was shipped on March 5 as of March 18 ,I have not received the order.

Coming from a farm where we used a much smaller inverter that was 24 V to power our home, this 12000 XP is a game changer. It can run my well pump washing machine, oven, close dryer, pretty much the whole household all at the same time. The only thing I dont have connected yet is my 5 ton heat pump. Im pretty sure it would run it also with a soft start device and more batteries and pv panels. Maybe I will add the heat pump in the long run. While I haven't tried some of the extra features it comes with, like the generator support or the smart load support, I'm very optimistic that this will be the last inverter that I'll have to buy for many, many years to come. It can power large loads and transfer loads with solar pass through straight to the device that i'm powering from the pv power or from the battery. If the battery is low it can pull power from the utility grid. It all happens, seamlessly, not even a flickr of the lights.

I would have given this 5 stars but the user’s manual is written horribly. Phrases like “Normally on” to describe an indicator light that is not flashing, and run-on sentences with far too many commas result in a very confusing user’s manual. Sungold should hire a person with English as their primary language to update the manual.

I really haven’t even had the need for it yet ,I purchased it for a back up in case of a power failure but from everything thing I see and read about it I’m sure I will have years of satisfaction

I bought the PowerMax 6000 back in October of 2025 it's worked great.So I went with the BP3600 battery so so good !

No one was shipping to Hawaii. Kyle from OffGridSource walked me through the shipping process. It was lengthy but I just got it today, 3/11/2026. Plugged in both batteries and power cord. Set temps. 0/38. Zero side Froze cup of water and the other side, drinks were icy cold. WiFi and Anker app works. I’ll leave it running on batteries tonight and see how long it will run. I’ll be ordering from them again because of the service.

Well it came packaged great was a mix upon the order but called them and we worked out a trade customer service was really nice and easy to work with as for the unit's I have not used them yet but they look really well made and all the functions work will be taking it out for a camping trip and get back to you.

Boy it's surprising when you find real customer service and this place has. I called the other day and as long as I had my order number everything was good they could answer my questions cuz they knew exactly what equipment I purchased from them. Answered all my questions thank you very much.

Excellent Delivery and Package protection, the Delta unit with solar panels is impressive and App control is seamless. I've tried all outlets and solar functions with surprising results, a "day" time charge really impressed me and performed great. I expect the reliability of the Delta 3 will help me in future experiences. A Effective Unit and built for endurance for a reasonable price.

This is a well built little connector! Works great i needed it to add a second cable so I could move the generator further from the house to a pad I have setup.

Sons loves riding it plenty of power for him and hes 8.
