Terrible customer service. My "whole kit", is Missing parts. No z brackets. And I'm missing a 100 amp breaker. Pretty crucial components....I'm getting hassled over it like im a lying thief. Told me I needed a shipping label picture, so I got it and sent it in. Then they tell me I need pictures of everything I have. Maybe if the guy in customer service could speak English he would've mentioned that the day before along with the shipping label picture. The kit doesn't include a wiring diagram. So it took me 6 days to get that link from customer service....After asking for it 5 times. Probably should just include that in the kit. At this point I'm ready to ship it all back and buy from another distributor. Absolutely horrible experience trying to go off grid. I've paid 1700 extra on rent waiting for this kit that said it would ship in 7 days. Bravo sun gold.
Got it installed. easy connections . All seems to be working well. Tech support was a great help. Sales was outstanding. Greatly appriciate everyone involved.

So far like everything about it except that I can't turn it on with the app if I could turn it on and off with the app would be nice but I know you can't do nothing with it now other than that I like it

Very unhappy ,did not send correct system to mount on metal roof and took days to get back to me with a system and then it was 4200 dollars more . Would give you zero stars if it was a selection !
It did not come with mounting hardware or a mounting bracket or instructions which I notified you of and I have gotten no response yet I'm ready to send this back.

Your inverter should have arrived with the mounting bracket, hardware, and instructions, and it didn't.
Our support team is closed on weekends, so we saw your message first thing Monday morning and responded right away.

The cable connecting the Explorer 5000 and the Smart transfer switch seems reasonable, but the cable connecting the Explorer 5000 and the extra 5kw battery is too short. It’s hard to move the two when they’re connected.
