I am so pleased to the system is solid. I had a minor power loss yesterday that was correctly addressed--shifted to and from the batteries. I don't have the solar panel deploy yet dueue to a recent knee replacement, which has me on lite duty for a while.

Absolutely zero issues. Delivery went perfect, kind of a tricky one. Installed it myself. System is working perfectly. Charging up on cloudy, even rainy days. I did not expect that. Performing beyond my expectations!

I ordered 2 of these but was sent 2 multiplus II's. I got ahold of them that day and they had these shipped that day! Would highly recommend this inverter from Off Grid!

Will match exactly the other I have which fits in my plan.

Everything was in the order. Issues with the overall service are few. There is no instructions on installing the panels regarding the grounding or mounting. The screws only attach to the deck plywood and not the roof framing. The system started up perfect the first time and is still working per spec. I only have a couple issues now. The communication cable need a tech call. Also, my AC caused a alarm and shut down. It restarted fine without the AC on.

So far so good, great packaging. Charges fast and I like the app.

Very easy to set up and use, worked very well with the other panel installed on the roof of my RV. In fact it was what kept things charged as the RV was shaded for part of the day but I could move this one around.

First off I have to say Off Grid Source was a pleasure to do business with. That is hard to say these days. My sales rep was Andrew and was very informative about my purchase as I am new to the portable power system arena. The Oscal 3600 arrived on schedule with the panels and everything to get started. Before I got it up and running I had some questions and Off Grid Source answered them in a timely manner with great explanation. The Oscal 3600 is up and running,easy to use and lots of power. I made a good purchase and I am glad I went through Off Grid Source.

Shipping was fast... Easy to set up and works unbelievably great.

Five Stars to Off-Grid Source. Andrew and Rod where great. Andrew called me back when I first inquired about their products and got the ball rolling. Rod (electrical engineer) called me back and answered all my technical questions about the correct products for my installation. I could not ask for better support. The Victron MultiPlus is a great piece of equipment at a fair price. If you are installing this yourself be prepared to do alot of research on how to set it and any peripherals up correctly. Fortunately there is a ton of self help info available online.

The system works good. But came with conflicting information. Came with a 200 amp breaker, but the user manual says to use a 160 amp breaker. I had to buy the correct breaker separately. Put to big of breaker can be a fire hazard. You should probably change your kit to match the user manual.

Everything was as advertised and promised. Very good service and Q&A by actual people who work at the facility and in the U.S. Good advice and service. Thank you.

Poor quality.

Order was processed and shipped pretty quick install was straight forward and been running the inverter for the last 3 days and the seitch between shore power / geni power is seemless and quick great product worth the $$

I have 6 D2s and 5 D2 extra batteries. Great performance. The interface is quirky. I understand that has been adjusted in the D3s. I also have a Delta 3 Pro.
