Better Living

We lost power to our home just two days after receiving our River Pro power station! We put the power station to immediate use (having just completed the initial recharge) and had a light and the home entertainment systems up for several hours, which was such a comfort. The River Pro appears to be well designed and constructed. We live in east-central California and our utility provider (PG&E) turns our power off several times a year. Having the power station will continue to improve our quality of life, which makes it a great investment for us! We now seriously wish all of our noisy gas-generator neighbors enjoyed the same clean and quiet backup power. We purchased the power station directly from ECO Flow after reading other reviews and watching independent reviews online.

Does exactly as advertised

After doing some research and collecting information, I reached out to customer service with my exact needs. The CSR provided some guidance as well as a formula for determining size. This was very helpful as I could plug my own numbers into the formula and determine minimal, maximum, and acceptable levels of risk protection. I went with the River Pro mainly because of expandability in the event long term power outage or if another item was needed.
