Keep your home’s essential appliances powered with the EcoFlow TITAN 5000. This battery backup system combines 7,200W output, 120V/240V split-phase power, and a 5,017.6Wh LFP battery expandable to 30kWh nominal capacity. Power compatible household appliances, including selected central air conditioners. EcoFlow identifies compatible 3-ton AC systems as a use case; appliance startup requirements and combined running loads must remain within the unit’s limits.

Expandable 5–30kWh Storage

Start with 5,017.6Wh of built-in storage and add up to five compatible TITAN 5kWh expansion batteries. Additional batteries extend runtime while rated output remains 7,200W.

Automatic Backup for Selected Circuits

Pair the system with Smart Home Panel 10 (240V) to manage up to 10 selected household circuits and switch to battery power in under 20 milliseconds, as specified on the product page.

Solar and AC Charging

Recharge through compatible solar equipment or AC power. The manual distinguishes 1,800W through the standard AC input from up to 7,200W through the dedicated AC Power IN/OUT connection. Actual charging speed depends on the connection and available power.

EcoFlow OASIS 3.0 Energy Management

Can the TITAN 5000 power a central air conditioner?

It supports compatible 120V/240V equipment, and EcoFlow identifies certain 3-ton central AC systems as suitable. Compatibility depends on starting demand, running power, and other simultaneous loads. AC tonnage alone does not establish compatibility.

Does one unit include 30kWh of storage?

No. One main unit contains 5,017.6Wh. Reaching a nominal 30kWh requires five compatible expansion batteries and the required connection accessories.

Can it work with my existing rooftop solar?

Compatible rooftop systems can connect through AC coupling using Smart Home Panel 10 (240V) and a CT sensor. Your installer should confirm compatibility with the existing inverter and electrical setup.

Is professional installation required?

Compatible appliances can plug directly into the main unit. Connecting Smart Home Panel 10 to household wiring requires a qualified, licensed electrician.

How long will it power my home?

Runtime depends on installed capacity and average energy use. Air conditioning and heating consume storage faster than lights and networking equipment. Plan around measured consumption, battery reserve settings, and conversion losses.

Can it be used outdoors?

The IP20-rated unit should remain in a dry, ventilated indoor location within its specified temperature range. Protect it from rain and water exposure.
