Power compatible appliances, electronics, and tools with 2,400W continuous output and 4,800W surge capacity. Four AC outlets deliver pure sine wave power, with a 2,400W combined continuous limit.

Expandable Storage for Longer Backup

Start with 2,048Wh and connect up to five Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2 units for approximately 12kWh of storage. Expansion batteries are sold separately. The earlier Battery Pack 2000 Plus is not compatible. Jackery

Storm Alerts and Emergency Power Reserve

Storm Alert Mode can charge the battery to 100% before forecast severe weather and notify you through the app. Set an Emergency Power Reserve to hold back a chosen battery percentage. Storm alerts require AC power and internet access.

Jackery Priority Routing™ lets you choose which connected loads take priority. At your selected battery threshold, the system can disconnect nonessential loads to preserve energy for important devices.

Which expansion batteries can I use?

Use Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2 batteries. The system supports up to five. The earlier Battery Pack 2000 Plus is incompatible. Power off the equipment before connecting battery packs, following the manual’s instructions.

Does adding batteries increase output power?

No. Additional batteries increase storage and runtime. AC output remains 2,400W continuous with 4,800W surge capacity.

Can it run a refrigerator or power tools?

Yes, provided their running wattage and startup demand fit the unit’s ratings. Check the combined demand of all connected devices. Runtime depends on actual consumption, duty cycle, and available battery capacity.

Can I recharge it with solar panels?

Yes. It accepts up to 800W combined solar input. Stay within the specified voltage and current limits. When using both inputs, Jackery requires matching panel models and equal panel counts on each port. Required accessories depend on the configuration.

What does Storm Alert Mode need to work?

Enable it in the Jackery App and keep the power station connected to AC power and the internet. When triggered by forecast severe weather, it can charge the battery to 100% and send an app notification.

Can it serve as a UPS?

Yes, with a transfer to battery power within 10ms. Test compatibility first; it is not a 0ms UPS. While grid power is available, bypass output is limited to 15A, reducing to 12A if the load remains above 12A for three hours. Battery operation restores the rated output.

Are solar panels or expansion batteries included?

No. The standard package includes the power station, AC charging cable, and documentation. Solar panels, expansion batteries, and vehicle charging accessories are sold separately.
