Can I use this with a "Smart Alternator"?

Yes. This charger includes a D+ Ignition terminal that allows it to work perfectly with smart alternators (Euro 6) by sensing when the ignition is actually engaged.

Do I need to run a wire to the vehicle's ignition?

If you have a traditional alternator, the voltage sensing may be enough, but for modern vehicles or more reliable operation, connecting the included IGN signal wire to the ignition is highly recommended.

Does this charger work with Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries?

Absolutely. It features a dedicated Lithium charging profile and a "wake-up" function to revive lithium batteries that have been over-discharged.
