How does the self-heating function work?

The heating process is automatic. When the battery is connected to a charger in temperatures below 32°F (0°C), the BMS uses the charging current to heat the internal cells first. Once they reach a safe temperature, the battery begins accepting the charge.

Can I connect this battery to my existing Lead-Acid battery bank?

No. You should never mix different battery chemistries (LiFePO4 and Lead-Acid) or batteries of different capacities and brands, as this will lead to damage and reduced performance.

Is this battery waterproof?

The battery features an IP65 rating, meaning it is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets. While it is suitable for marine environments, it should not be submerged.
