Yes. The SmartSolar MPPT 75/10 fully supports LiFePO4 and other lithium chemistries. You can easily configure the charge parameters using the VictronConnect app.
Do I need a separate Bluetooth dongle?

What happens if my panel voltage is too high?
If your solar panel array exceeds 75V open circuit, it may damage the controller. Always size your panels carefully and account for cold-weather voltage increases.
