Off-Grid Source Stood By Me Every Step Of The Way!!!

Are you a DIY solar power wannabe? I was, but almost gave up after visiting a dozen sites and listening to the .com power gurus who left me with more questions than answers...that is 'til I connected with Manny, the founder, chief cook and bottle washer at Off-Grid Source. The man's a prince! He not only knows his stuff; Manny's got the patience of Job when it came to walking me through all things electrical. I would have ditched the whole idea of going off-grid if not for his support. To make sure I had all I needed...the right gauge wire for example...he gave me his cell phone # to text him anytime I got confused...nights and weekends included. For the real complex stuff Manny spoke directly with the guy helping me with the install. The prices at Off-Grid were very competitive, in most instances Manny matched or beat the lowest prices I found. That's pretty special indeed...especially when you're looking to spend upwards of $40k. But I can't emphasize enough how helpful he was, way beyond making a sale. Definitely go with Manny -- you won't go wrong!

I ordered this setup from Off-Grid Source and Manny promptly processed my order and I received both items within 5 business days. I was so eager to get the items that I called Manny a couple of times before I got the tracking numbers, but Manny picked up the phone (even late in the evening during off hours) and assured me that I'll be informed of the tracking numbers as soon as they were available, and I sure did get them as promised. As for the buying process, it couldn't be smoother. I called Manny up and asked for a price match, which he happily obliged, and on top of that, I didn't have to pay taxes.
