What should I do when using a solar charger to charge the Anker SOLIX F3800?

The solar input supports an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. With an 11-32V solar charger, the current supports up to 10A. For a 32-60V charger, the current supports up to 25A.

Why isn't the power station working after long periods of inactivity?

If stored at a low capacity for too long, the lithium batteries may self-discharge, leading to decreased battery performance. It’s recommended to store the unit fully charged and check capacity periodically.

How should I store and maintain the power station?

  • Turn off all outputs.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Charge to full every 3 months and ensure it's above 30% when stored.

Can I use the 240V ports in UPS mode?

No, only the three 120V ports labeled "UPS" are operational in UPS mode. The 240V ports will not function.

How do I charge my electric vehicle?

Double-press the 240V power switch to activate EV charging mode, and you’re ready to recharge your vehicle.
