A: No, it isn't waterproof. But it's IP65 rated to resist water splashes and dust.

Q: What does the IP65 rating mean?

A: The IP or Ingress Protection Rating measures how resistant a device is to solids and water.
The first digit of the rating indicates the level of protection of the enclosed device against the intrusion of foreign objects, such as dust, tools, or fingers.
The second digit represents the protection level against moisture intrusion. And the IP65 rating means that the B80 is protected from total dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction.

BLUETTI B80 Expansion Batter A Nice Add-On

I got the BLUETTI B80 Expansion Battery as an add-on to the BLUETTI AC180P and AC70 Solar Generators. They are a great match. They will work together nicely. Only sad thing is you have to buy a plug-in brick to charge AC. Not very happy about that. Looks like I will have to get the BLUETTI T200S Adapter now so I can plug it in to AC to charge.

Nice add on to our EB55!

We use our EB55 whenever we camp or take a multi-day road trip, as we have an electric cooler. We were so happy when the B80 came out and saw it was compatible with the EB55! Connections and operation very easy. Just needed to order the correct cable and watch a video to understand how to use the B80 to charge the EB55.
