The system works good. But came with conflicting information. Came with a 200 amp breaker, but the user manual says to use a 160 amp breaker. I had to buy the correct breaker separately. Put to big of breaker can be a fire hazard. You should probably change your kit to match the user manual.

Poor quality.

Order was processed and shipped pretty quick install was straight forward and been running the inverter for the last 3 days and the seitch between shore power / geni power is seemless and quick great product worth the $$

I have 6 D2s and 5 D2 extra batteries. Great performance. The interface is quirky. I understand that has been adjusted in the D3s. I also have a Delta 3 Pro.

Just got the Jackery Explorer 2000 plus delivered yesterday, and it's already saving me money! I set up the two 200W solar panels, and even though it was late in the day, was able to take the battery level from 28% to 53%. I charged it overnight to take advantage of the lower rates, and now I'm testing it on my refrigerator in the kitchen. Looks like it will power the fridge for about 18 to 26 hours, depending on how often we open the door. What I'm really looking forward to is using the Jackery to power my mini-split system, which is still in transit. Hoping to keep much cooler and save some money doing it this summer!

I called your tech. advisor, that my wheels were making a lot of noise, he told me to send a video of it, and they will send me the parts, I asked, don't you have a contractor in my area, besides, your contract stats parts, and labor for one Month, and also, no unauthorized persons will void contract.

The unit arrived safely and is completely installed. Our Mobile museum van is now accessible to the general public. Company was easy to order from and shipped promptly.

Installed one in front of my 3500w inverter, and it works well so far. Decent housing, and well priced.

Perfect for camping. It powers my air fryer no problem so I can have baked potato, fries, etc. out in the woods.
Pair it with the alternator charger and you get almost unlimited energy. No stress about running out on trips.

Really well made, comes with all the cables and everything that you would need for initial setup. Looks simple to set up. Well worth the cost for the size of the solar panels as well.

We love it !! Been using ut for our overflow in the house. It's great!! We can't wait to go camping with it!! And the customer service at Off Grid Solar where we bought it from is superb!! They have real people that you talk to on the phone and when they say they'll get back to you they do. If you have an email going they actually respond the same day or the next. They're really grateful there and we will buy all of our Anker products from them!! Anker is a solid great brand!!

Great power station for camping trips runs my air fryer with no issues, paired with anker alternator charger gives you almost unlimited power while your out.

We only received 2 out of 3 pallets of parts for the kit. Had to call multiple times over the course of a week to get the rest my parts and still haven’t even received a callback with an update as to when we can expect these parts.

I am very happy with my extra battery. I haven't been able to run it through any paces.
But what I've seen so far, it seems to be functioning properly.
